Ravens Ring of Honor
Really if Flacco puts up another stinker against Oakland (very likely), then any change might create the spur we are looking for. It doesn't matter if it is Kap, Mallet or Woodrum (probably Woodrum) is going to create the spark for a change of direction. If it is Kap we decide to sign then Marty needs to be fired as well and hand over the reins to Roman who was once Kap's OC. We need to sit Flacco for the rest of the season and stew and recover from his mental and physical issues at playing the position. Let him compete for the starting QB spot next season and see if he can legitimately win back the confidence of the team. If not, try trading him. If that doesn't work, then we'll have ourselves the most expensive backup QB in the history of the NFL.We can barely find an identity to our offense, what makes you think they are creative enough to run what Kap would need to succeed?
