I actually took Lattimore in our forum mock game pretty high (can't remember the pick) and you are correct - he is awesome already and has potential to be historically good.actually this aint hindsight. the guys i like in the draft are the guys i like now
I told you who i want in this coming draft so when we don't take him and take some linebacker dont you dare say ''hindsight'' again

Not sure who is your guy for next draft - I am all the way on Fitzpatrick train. Funny thing is, if we continue to play like crap, we might just be in the range to take him. Unless he becomes a Brown at #1.
Neither do I. With this offense presently constructed? El oh el. I just hope the defense gets their shit together. Is there anyone that thinks Joe can turn his play around this year or next? I just don't see it.
Minkah is one of my 3 musts
S.Barkley
Q.nelson
M.Fitzpatrick
Carr has played very well besides a couple of blown coverages this year. There’s absolutely no reason to put Humph over him right now. But Humph is getting snaps idk why you’re complaining
I'm not sure what the entire context was, but Flacco said, "Sometimes settling for field goals is winning football."
I would never want that mentality from my starting quarterback.
Maybe it's an old quote from after last sb...
Yeah he has to be really bad because E has been terrible since replacing Skura.he played a half and was as awful as could be - hence why hes yoyoing off and onto our roster as the 53rd guy
He really said that? I really hope he was joking.I'm not sure what the entire context was, but Flacco said, "Sometimes settling for field goals is winning football."

I
It's hard to feel bad for the guys when they've been surrounded with more than our guy ever has. What kills me is we finally saw a magical connection with Boldin and we trade him away, just like we got rid of Zorn, etc. We don't prioritize the offense around here, ever

I mean sometimes it is. Sometimes you have to be smart. I have no problem with that.
I'm of the camp that thinks Joe is not elite but not as bad as some are suggesting. He's a tier 2 quarterback who's been in a shitty offensive system and taken a lot of hits and now has had two injury set backs in two years with 5 offensive coordinators in almost as many years.
So while Joe needs to play better, it wouldn't affect the bottom line in most of our losses this year. Still would be 3-4 right now in my eyes even if Joe was playing at his best.
Quarterback is a hard position, and I think Joe is trying to do too much. What I mean is sometimes he's trying to be too careful, sometimes he's trying to be too aggressive, sometimes he's trying to not lose the game... I feel like something his broken in his game mentally from everything that has happened since 2012.
The best thing for the Ravens and Joe and his career might be for Joe to seek a change of scenery, but with the contract he has we are likely stuck with each other for the next 3 years. So instead dwelling on that, the talk should be how to revitalize Joe's game and the offense in general.
I think we can all agree that faults included, we can live with and win many games and be competitive with Joe if he plays like he did from 2009-2014. The worse we played was 8-8 in 2013 with an offense that had less talent than this one yet performed better.
No one is cherry picking. That was literally the quote that I saw.Lol...... you people really crack me up! Yes, completely out of context. Unbelievable! Just keeps with the theme though.......cherry pick and make it fit your agenda. More fake news! LMAO!

For me, even if that is a true statement, it is not the right mentality to have. Your goal should not be to settle for a field goal, it should be to score a touchdown on every single play.I mean sometimes it is. Sometimes you have to be smart. I have no problem with that.
