The only way Flacco is comparible to Brady or Rodgers is how much they are being paid, we had better pass pro than the Pats this season and Brady still marched to the SB and threw 500 yards without his #1 WR.
Now I understand Flacco is who he is, but we pay him like he can carry an offense when the past 5 seasons have shown that he is a complimentary piece to a strong ground game.
Tom Brady has been in that same offensive system for over 10 years and the guy knows that offense like the back of his hand. Yeah he may have lost Brandin Cooks during the super bowl but Danny Amendola and Chris Hogan definitely can make plays when needed. It doesn't hurt at all that Josh McDaniels himself is one of the better offensive coordinators in the league and has been pretty creative with getting receivers open. For the past 5 years The Ravens offensive system have been through consistent changes with different offensive coordinators. For the past two years Joe Flacco himself hasn't been the most healthiest and it didn't help at all that he missed alot of time from training camp and preseason.
Unfortunately football isn't completely like the video game called Madden .Can't really bounce around offensive coordinators and offensive system and expect the quarterback to play at a top level regardless even if he's highly paid. The quarterback position requires too much thinking to expect a quarterback to be on his game consistently when major changes are being made back to back at the offensive coordinator position.
