At this pace, WR room improvement will not be huge.

boykin's no guarantee to improve - i like him and i hope he does and becomes that for us but i dont trust in that
snead is snead and he's not going to suddenly explode and become a different player

we need more talent at the position

The ravens have the best run game in football, the best QB in football, the best TE in football, and a solid WR1 and a solid WR3. At some point you have to be able to get points with all that, which they did very well last year. If you told me they had to upgrade the OLine to account for no Yands, then sure, but the rest of the offense is returning and was the strength of the team. The weakness of the team was the front 7 so that should be attacked until its stacked.
