Smith is one of the "safest" QBs thats lasted in the league for a while. Nothing flashy, nothing substantial. He's a player who might have a career game of 3 TDs. That type of QB only works if your defense is so good it doesnt matter.

No kidding. No one could ever mistake an offense with Smith as the QB for an explosive one.

That's why Mahomes is there. He will open things up for that offense. We needed that same treatment on our Super Bowl run - to open things up.
