he has sickle cell which means he's likely to be injured/unwell/have bad circulation for the remainder of his career
add to that the numerous injuries like turf toe and leg muscle strains and he's a liability to actually get on the field and to ever be 100% even when he does play

I think the lowest Kirk goes is to the 49ers in the 2nd. He is the perfect WR for a qb coming from the Pat's offense. I could even see the Pats taking him.

There is no question he could find his way into the 1st round, but I’d be surprised if it is in the top 20. I agree with @rossihunter2 that the 2nd is the proper draft position.

Yeah at this point (without diving deep into the tape) the 2nd round clearly seems like the receiver sweet spot

I can confirm it is. But it will also lead to some steals in the third. The talent pool at this position is too big, there are maybe 10 guys I'd take round 2. If guys like Gallup, Tate, maybe Washington or Cobbs fall, they'd provide a big boost for a third round pick.
