Guess I'll do a top 5. Note, one of these guys does not have raw film anywhere that I can find, only highlights and a complete compilation of his latest season...
1. Calvin Ridley: refined, explosive, top speed, good enough size, great hands, total package who doesn't get his just due because of poor qb play and less than elite size.
2. Anthony miller: most explosive route runner in the class, best wr to work the sideline, most likely to make a spectacular/acrobatic grab, good elusiveness and surprising power in YAC.
3. Korey Robertson: this is the guy I haven't found film on, but his highlights show the best contested catch receiver in the class, and the best YAC guy as well, and it isn't close. He doesn't appear to be lacking with his routes as he appears to get separation with one strong cut at the top of his routes. His ability to adjust, attack, and pluck the ball are second to none, and he does a very good job and shielding off defenders to make a good safe body catch as well.
4. James Washington: he's growing on me but I still hesitate to place him this high, those long arms and strong frame that he uses to position himself to haul in catches is superb, he may have the best understanding of leverage in the class, as he chooses which side of the db he's gonna play on every snap and simply never gets rerouted, needs to play quicker and that's my big concern as I feel his route game takes a lot of setup, but if he can continue doing well to position himself to make the catch then the instant separation factor may not be much of a factor at all.
5. Michael Gallup: great build and a savvy and crafty receiver, also does great with positioning, leverage, and catching. Reminds me a lot of Michael Thomas, in comparison to Washington he's a better route runner and does well gaining separation by getting in close to the db and breaking away hard and fast, plucks the ball with strong hands catches, doesn't appear to be a great YAC threat and doesn't play as strong as Washington though.
St brown, Auden Tate, courtland Sutton, Christian Kirk, and cedrick Wilson are all guys I have pretty much tied at the next spot, I can't really make a call. I think Gallup and Robertson are highly underrated right now, Robertson may rise quickly but I don't see Gallup rising.
