Next Up: @ Steelers

Apparently the earliest any test results for today would come back is 4pm ET

so 2 hours time onwards will be a big indicator of whether the game tomorrow’s going to happen

I just don't understand how the league has access to all these tests and there is a long wait to find out the results. There are tests where you can find out the results in less than an hour, why doesn't the league use them? It's baffling how they still expect this game to be played tomorrow, and that's if we can travel to Pittsburgh at all.

If the NFL forces us to play under this scenario we should just forfeit the game. It will be worse than the Broncos game yesterday. It should be moved to week 18
If we do play , we should be thankful Lamar is not playing because he would have gotten hurt as I’m sure some more of our players will playing out of position .

Rapid test have proven highly inaccurate

The biggest hurdles for a forfeited contest are compensation. The CBA right now allows teams to not pay players for forfeited games. And I assume that would pertain to the Steelers as well.

Biscotti's got the money .Let him pay the players .Im more concerned about players getting hurt in this game playing out of position.

Odds are over 50 % RGIII gets hurt

What players are playing out of position? RGIII is a QB who's responsibility is to play QB. Whether he has the absolute best players around him or not is irrelevant quite frankly. I fail to see how injury risk is higher this week compared to other weeks, or why a team should be forfeiting a game due to injury risks.

I also think its irresponsible to be telling somebody else with what they should do with their money. If I were him, I wouldn't even consider paying them a dime. My employees clearly didn't do what they were supposed to do, and I the owner am clearing losing out on substantial profits from a lost game. Not to mention that I'm getting no output from my employees.

Watch the injuries pile up. Oh and don't compare your business to a NFL team. Apples and oranges.

Good point , the NFL is a business not a charity. No reason owners should be paying salaries for games not played.

Just move it to week 18 already. There is no reason the NFL should be this rigid with their scheduling. If a tournament as prestigious as the Masters can be played in a different season , the NFL can surely follow suit and adjust.

Quality Spring football is better than watching what happened yesterday for the Broncos and what’s about to happen tomorrow to the Ravens.

If they move it then the 10-0 Steelers get cheated out of their free win

They'd have to announce something soon, no? WIth three more players going on the list I'm assuming the games gonna be a no-go.

Game now postponed to Wednesday. LOL The NFL is a joke. Make it a week 18 game.
Is there a new positive test? Or why did they decide to postpone the game? It makes no sense. Why are they so reluctant to install week 18.

I imagine that they don’t wanna move the playoffs a week further, but what the fuck didn’t we hear about the nfl has so much schedule flexibility that it won’t be a problem? One fucking Titans outbreak early in the year and all the flexibility is gone apparently.

Apparently the Ravens held a call with the NFLPA and NFL officials today and requested 2 days of negative tests before they get back on the field. Terrell Bonds, the only positive test of today, was apparently already isolated as a close contact so no concern of transmission from him. They requested to play Thursday, but moving to Wednesday was the compromise.

I don't think that's an unreasonable ask at all. The Ravens want to play, but they also want to make sure they're safe. If all tests come back negative tomorrow, they should be all clear at this point. They've been away from each other long enough and I can't imagine there's a serious risk of internal transmission at this point, as everyone should have surely tested positive by now if they got it from the Saunders situation.
