@Truth brought up an excellent point that Graham is likely to break the bank... And go back to the Saints if Brees doesn't retire.

I'd love it and he'd go a VERY long way in improving our red zone struggles but there's a possibility that we don't address TE in free agency other than retaining Wallace. This TE class has a few good guys here(Andrews, Godert, Gesicki, I still like Fumagali) and the top three would be VERY ideal here.

I still am of the believe that because the WR market is overly saturated I still think that someone will come at a bargain price.
