2018 Free Agency

I agree, would be a mistake for the Giants to go with Eli again. Davis Webb is not their savior And they won’t have the chance to pick 2nd again for a long time unless they hire mcadoo back.

i think they have to take a qb at number 2 because they dont have the picks to move up from their 2nd round pick to a position where they can grab one of the 1st round qbs

and i wont lie (and i hate to say it) but both sam darnold and josh rosen would fit that organisation incredibly well
as good as saquon barkley is i think they will regret it if they dont take one of those 2 qbs

Speaking of Baltimore reunions, how about one with former Ravens receiver Torrey Smith?

Jason La Canfora:
"The Ravens WR shopping very likely to include Torrey Smith if/when Eagles decline his option. A Baltimore reunion is a very real possibility"

A “very real possibility?”

La Canfora reported something similar last year, calling a return to Baltimore a “very, very strong likelihood.”

yet another dont trust JLC moment

The streaker

this was maybe the biggest nugget from newsome's presser i think:

per zrebiec:
Newsome saying that the Ravens are basically resetting at the wide receiver position certainly doesn't bode well for returns of Mike Wallace and Jeremy Maclin. Michael Campanaro also a free agent.

it was the most open he was about anything and basically said they're clearing the room and will explore every facet of personnel additions to fix it

all we know at this point is that white, adeboyejo, moore and perriman will be in the offseason program but nothing more

I think Moore is probably the only lock to make the team because he was great on special teams and was also showing some promise as the year went on. If White can pick up where he left off before he got hurt then I think he could also make the team. Everyone else is a big question mark.

white's best chance is if camp isn't re-signed and he takes over the punt return role

As much as I like Camp as a player, I honestly really hope we don’t re sign him. Id like to move away from guys that are always major question marks due to injury.

Except for Brent Urban lol, I want him back...with how cheap he might be his ceiling is just too high to let him go just yet.

i mean if camp comes back cheap again and he's in training camp and he earns his spot then im not gonna begrudge him that because he adds a dimension to our offence when he's healthy that we dont have otherwise

im not relying on him but as a 5th receiver he's a nice cherry on top depending on who's ahead of him in the depth chart

I wouldn't mind letting Camp and White battle it out in training camp for that spot. I feel like White can be the same type of player as Camp, but maybe without the nagging injuries that always seem to crop up.

seems weird to say that lol about a udfa who just lost his entire rookie season to injury

pretty sure it was just nfl media hyping up anything they could and just attaching any free agent to every club - ravens werent specifically mentioned in the article but were tagged in the alert
That's what I figured. No way does this FO make such a nonsensical move. That's why I'm not too worried about this when we got more pressing needs like one that rhymes with side beceiver.

Wouldn't mind Torrey for something reasonable. As long as he isn't our #1 like in 2013, I'm fine with this.

Since you mention JLC, @RavensMania , your cue sir...

yep, JLC couldn't call it right if it had already happened

He probably still thinks Cowher is going to coach the Skins. His prediction when Shanahan became the head coach

He has drug and alcohol issues. He is gonna report the ravens are gonna pursue Case Keenum.lol while I think keenum has come into his own and will get better. Ravens salary cap prevents from throwing money into pushing joe Flacco. Keenum could end up with Broncos or Browns. Maybe even Cardinals
