Agreed on all accounts. If I'm writing out the contract, it would definitely be incentivized.

I'm a pretty big fan of his explosiveness, reliability, and his ability to make really good adjustments when thrown. He's as well coached as WRs come. If we do actually get lucky and he's healthy... That's a significant upgrade.

If this is a one year deal for not a lot of money.... This could actually work out really well for us. Solid route runner too.

Basically my thoughts. On the field, he tracks the ball well, works back for throws, adjusts to underthrows and he has suddenness and explosiveness at the stems. I just hope that we treat him more as a potential pleasant surprise if we do sign him instead of a main attraction. Would hope for either a short-term contract that's mostly base salary or contract with a club option after one or two seasons.

I have little doubts at this point that we are going with at least 3 pass catchers in the first four rounds this year at this point. Two WRs, one TE.
Say what you will about missing out on the top end talent. A hypothetical haul of Jordy Nelson, John Brown, DJ Moore, Auden Tate, Hayden Hurst would be a significant upgrade from last year's WR corps.

Skins sending 40m to Richardson just shows its not worth it. When was the last time they made a good decision in free agency on offense. Pierre Garcon maybe?

We need a good group of pass catchers that compliment each other well. Brown and Nelson are a good start especially if you add Ridley/Moore in the first, take Billy Price in the second, Ian Thomas in the 3rd, and another reciever in the 4th like Jmon moore/Anthony Miller(if we get so lucky)/cedrick wilson. Id be happy with our offense then. Or we could go Gesicki in the second and Ragnow in the 3rd.....
