stanley is a much better than average left tackle - and if we didnt have stanley where would we have got a left tackle from - or are you happy with having a turnstile on joe's left side? the 2016 draft at the top was one of the strongest oline drafts in recent memory the 2017 draft was one of the strongest deepest defensive back drafts in recent memory and weakest oline drafts ever...

now tell me again where we magically find a left tackle from?
like i said if we wouldve drafted ramsey everything wouldve been diff. Free agency, osmele, trades. Impossible to say.

hump is no where near ramsey like its not even close! Stanley is an avg LT right now.
Hump is a rookie, last year Ramsey started off pretty bad and then started coming in the last month if the season.

Stanley is much better than average and still getting better.

Does anyone here have a preference of IF we get to the playoffs? Would you rather us have the 6th seed and play the Jaguars in Jacksonville on Wild Card Weekend? Or the 5th seed and head off to Kansas City to play the Chiefs?

Absolutely KC.
No question.

Our only evidence playing the Jags this season didn't go too well for us in neutral territory. To play them again in the playoffs in 'their' territory isn't something I look forward to. So it is the KC Chiefs for me. At least we don't have any bad experiences playing them this year........ yet.

Without a doubt Kansas City.

If we were in the playoffs, I would choose KC.

As of right now though, I won't be picky. I just want to get in.

Yeah - I think KC is the obvious choice. Not that they will be push-overs ... its just based on how these two teams are finishing the season. JAX is playing about as good as anyone and KC - while they do appear to have righted the ship over the past couple games - they've not been as strong as JAX. Not surprising though ... you almost always want the higher seed.

Having TN surprisingly dropped the past 2 games is not as much about increasing our chances of getting in as it is about making it possible to grab the 5th seed. We can face JAX in the AFC Championship and see what happens then.

This will be a funny scenario ... we go 10-6. BUF drops game @ NE and ends 9-7. SD wins last 2 (NYJ and OAK) to go 9-7 and TN loses final 2 (vs LAR and JAX) and goes 8-8.

We get the #5 seed and SD gets the #6, based on head-to-head win vs. BUF.

People in BUF will be even angrier than ever over that stupid benching of TT. The very game that will prevent them from getting into the playoffs is the one they threw away with a pointless trial balloon QB that wen't pop.

Other from our game, the only key games this week is quite simple:

Bills at Patriots
Rams at Titans

Ideal scenario for the last two weeks: we win at least one of our final two games (preferably both) while the Titans AND Bills lose out.

We havent beaten any decent team this year. Sorry to burst the bubble but we are not good. this team will not be successful if we make playoffs. only team i can see us beating is titans. Anyother team and we are taking a L

We've been playing better football in the the latter half of the season. Detroit qualifies as decent ... and the only Tru SB contending team we played was PIT. While we lost we proved we could play with them and if a break goes our way we could win a game like that.

No we are not dominating and true a SB run is highly unlikely but there is reason to believe we could get in and make a little noise. Can't we at least hope for that?

No it always has to be negative here even if we went 16-0 you have to be negative it’s a rule
