The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Week 14 Edition

The play calling on our final possession was horrible imo. Collins had been working them the whole game!!! Run the ball, make them use those time outs!

Even though we lost, if our offense can keep playing like that I still have some confidence in this team down the stretch.
It was terrible play calling . When we threw on first down I damn near threw my remote against the floor

final 2 possessions (and if i remember correctly 3 of our final 4) - we got too conservative, then got too cute then got too conservative again and then we had to rush our plays and change everything - we should have just kept doing what we were doing... playfakes/running on early downs with collins - getting collins to the outside - i dont remember us even trying to run collins to the outside on those 3 drives

I missed most of the game because some donkey in a stolen car couldn't handle a corner and wiped out a power box.

Sounds like that driver wasn't even the biggest turkey of the day. Unbelievable.

If you missed the end, buy that driver a case of beer.

I said this on the game post but we have really overrated our D. We have alot of turnovers but look at the competition we have played. We still give up way too many 3rd and longs. That has been our Achilles since Pees took over,

So you can sit there and say yesterday afternoon you thought theyd throw for over 500 yards and brown would have over 200?
I thought there was a big possibility based on history? Yes. I remained optimistic that the offense might ve able to keep the Steelers off the field more, but yes, the thought crossed my mind and I wrote about the offensive explosions immediately following the loss of Jimmy.

Im certainly not a Marty defender, but he did as much tonight as he ever has with basically no help from the defense.
Not enough. Why trying to get clever when game is on the line? Do what worked all game. Score again. Playing scared on both sides of the ball.

Marty got too cute at the end for my taste. But the offense as a whole, other than a few plays, did it's job. We put up 38.

This team is going to be dangerous next season if we can beef up the oline a little and then draft some WRs

- Fire Dean here, and don't even help him find a retirement home. Send him into early retirement ASAP. Ozzie gifted Dean a lot of new talented players through FA and the draft over the past 2 years, yet we are blowing leads.... STILL! That is on Dean and his conservative play calling. We need an AGGRESSIVE DC.

- If we keep Marty, put pressure on him to stop being so damn conservative. We let them back in the game with the terrible play calling at the end.

- REFS WERE PAID OFF.... WIKILEAKS WHERE ARE YOU TO INVESTIGATE!

- We were ROBBED of one final play to convert on 4th. Ball out of bounds is the same as a player getting out of bounds and stopping the clock.

- Maclin you can walk home if your not cut. If your going to be a quitter, then I don't want you on this team anymore. Go back to KC for all I care.

im so pissed off because the offence has now had 2 good games in a row - the ravens have scored 82 points the last 2 weeks - and the defence disappeared and it wasnt humphrey like we all feared it was carr on the other side

Not much bad happened on Jimmy's side.

Not much bad happened on Jimmy's side.

marlon played astonishingly well given how he was exposed last week once jimmy was out - hopefully it was a blip based on not being able to practice at all that week, lingering issue and also being thrown in at the deep end without being game planned for - because what he did tonight was impressive

carr shat the bed on the other side
