Well sticking with the status quo would mean Harbaugh would stay which I'm COMPLETELY against. To me, it's pretty simple (easier said then done of course): hire an offensive-minded HC, get an OC that shares the same philosophy with said HC, and build the trenches. Accomplish this in a season or two and we're right in the thick of it and by "it" I mean by playoff contention.
