What if they decide to keep John? Do you trust them then?
idk - that's a different skill - and the organisation is known for loyalty almost to a fault at times
What if they decide to keep John? Do you trust them then?
It is unpossible! What if they decide to keep John? Do you trust them then?
I reckon Urban is more important to keep than RomanI do want us to somehow retain Greg Roman and maybe James urban. I think having someone familiar in lamar’s Ear would be good. If we can somehow keep them but let go of harbs and Marty, that’ll be a dream lol
Well I’m glad you asked! An Associate Head Coach is one who has an Associates degree-level of knowledge in the field, whereas the Assistant Head Coach is the guy who assists the HC. The Associate Head Coach is essentially on-par with the HC but he doesn’t have the formal 4-year education with a Bachelors in 53-man management. The Assistant Head Coach has many duties, like warming up the car and getting the coffee and other stuff that they delegate to their own assistants. While we are talking about coaches. Can someone please tell me what the hell is the difference is between an Associate Head Coach (Rosburg) and an Assistant Head Coach (Roman)?

Worth mentioning - it's very important (for both positions) to learn early to answer every HC's word with "Yes, Boss!!!"Well I’m glad you asked! They're made up positions that a HC can give to an important lower coach to make it harder for a team to poach them. It's just a HC and GM's way of saying, "This guy is important, we're paying him extra to stay here."While we are talking about coaches. Marty!!!!!!Yep, it's the overblown concern. We might have a guy on staff already, who knows....

Thanks everyone. I kind of thought so but wasn’t sure. They're made up positions that a HC can give to an important lower coach to make it harder for a team to poach them. It's just a HC and GM's way of saying, "This guy is important, we're paying him extra to stay here."
No doubt he would be in demand. I really think the best parallel for him - as it would be seen by owners - would be something like an Andy Reid hire. A guy who is really a good coach, but had run his course with his current team.PFT says Harbaugh would be in high demand according to league sources Harbaugh is being viewed as a top candidate if we decide to move on from him.

If we decide to move on from him, we need to let him work out a deal with whoever he wants to go to and then trade him.No doubt he would be in demand. Those who want to see Harbaugh gone - I'm not necessarily defending him, but just stating what I think the perception would be across the league if he were made available.
Agreed. I think a team really wanting a head coach would be willing to part with at least a second. We could possibly even get a first round pick for Harbaugh. If we decide to move on from him, we need to let him work out a deal with whoever he wants to go to and then trade him.
Yep - I followed up my previous post with that very sentiment. If we decide to move on from him, we need to let him work out a deal with whoever he wants to go to and then trade him.

For the people who want to see him gone, that's the best case scenario. We not only get rid of him, but we're compensated for getting rid of him. No idea what we can expect to get from another team for letting him go
I'd be stunned by a 1st rounder - but whoever would be willing to trade, it would likely be a team with a pretty bad record, so the pick could be high.Agreed.
