We were saving his spot on the PS. He never made it. So we still have to fill it.
no, but Harbaugh said they were trying to get him on the practice squad. That being said, I think the PS is full now.

I think the ravens currently just have 15 players on the practice squad. They can add just one more player if they want to. Might be a veteran edge rusher or maybe another wide receiver

I believe you are correct. I see 15 listed on the website, and I see no posted transactions for the Ravens since the 31st, which was when it was updated. So yes, they do have one PS spot open.
