2021 NFL Playoffs Discuscussion

he's made of ice - literally nothing phases him and yet he's an absolute terminator

especially now that he's got more comfortable just being patient and taking the short stuff - not sure how you beat him when he doesnt make mistakes because the weapons around him are wild and he doesnt miss reads often at all

he's an alien
Allen matched him play for play though, you knew whoever won the coin toss was going to win.

this is where the health of your roster becomes super important - both these teams were 2 of the 3 healthiest teams in the league (the other was the eagles) - and they were the 2 most dominant looking teams down the stretch

but the limited injuries they did have ultimately led to those crazy few minutes in the 4th quarter and OT

chiefs losing Mathieu was huge

Bills losing Tre White (who was really their only guy of any real importance missing) earlier in the year was ultimately devastating when it counted

They just brought up a great point on the broadcast. Bills should have kicked short of the goal line on the last KO in regulation, would have burned time on the return.

I’m a big fan of Josh Allen and just feel for him, he’s been a playoff monster and was probably gonna beat Joe’s record

Andy Reid got Kelce matched up on a LB. just a goat play caller to match Mahomes talents. Feel bad for Bills mafia. Feel bad for us, knowing our offense will never be excel passing-wise like we saw with chiefs and bills lol

what's weird about reid is that he's so good so often and then also just has complete moments of craziness where you think he's lost it - but that's just part of the andy reid experience... you get 95 genius playcalls/play-designs and 5 head-scratchers in every 100 plays

i mean sure - he also had the better team around him, the better defence, the better special teams and also got lucky a few times with some chiefs defensive mistakes on the drive where they took the lead (the first time)

he was also amazing but idk that anyone's at mahomes's level

my only guess is they were petrified of tyreek hill housing it on a return
but idk why they would otherwise

IDK about the better team around him, Chiefs offense is pretty loaded.

Mathieu better be back for the Bengals

bills receiving corps is wilder from a depth standpoint - their 5th receiver just went for 200yds and 4 tds and set post-season records

not saying mahomes doesnt have weapons but allen has ridiculous talent around him on offence and the league's number 1 defence

id say it's pretty clear the bills roster is/was stacked

Burrow has better weapons than both

yeah idk how they stop the chase, higgins, boyd, mixon, uzomah group in the passing game without him

guess they're going to have to hope that chris jones, frank clark and melvin ingram can destroy the bengals OL and hope matthieu's back to clamp down the middle of the field

Don’t see the Bills having more talent on offense. Agree to disagree.

Chiefs have Hill and Kelce and then maybe Hardman and then a bunch of other guys like Jerrick McKinnon

Bills have Diggs, Sanders, Beasley, Davis, Knox and then some other guys like Singletary - bills have 5 legit weapons you cant really leave singled up in man coverage - the chiefs have 2 maybe 3 (not sure hardman really beats man coverage consistently but he's great after the catch)

and yes kelce and hill are ridiculous - but diggs is also amazing - when the bills go empty you cannot cover all of them
