My takeaways:
1. Love the Jones pick. Checks the boxes of what we're looking for and was a position of need.
2. I'm kinda "meh" on the Ojabo pick. I recognize he was a high-end rush talent before his injury, and so the value is fine, but a) I wouldn't expect much, or anything, out of him this year and b) there's really no way to know this soon whether that explosiveness he shows is negatively impacted by his injury.
Feels a little bit like a luxury pick in the 2nd round at a point where maybe a more immediate contributor would have been better.
Long term might be great, but hard to argue it makes the 2022 Ravens better.
3. Plenty of picks on day 3 early, but we're not 4 picks in, and we haven't added any receivers (obviously a need now), any true Corners, any edge rushers (that will help this season) or any Tackles.
Even though you added Linderbaum, you don't really have a true "backup" at LT at the moment, unless you're content playing Moses or Mekari there.
At Corner, yes we can now move Stephens perhaps into the nickel role or rotate some guys, but still lacking tremendously in depth there.
At WR, who the hell knows. Maybe they target a veteran in FA or through trade. Realistically, we'll snag a player or two tomorrow, and they'll have to be in the mix with Proche and Duvernay and Wallace for snaps. Those that have been clamoring for those guys to get more reps... you're almost certainly going to get your wish.
Still got a lot of holes to fill.
