Lamar Jackson

For me, I don't care if Lamar sits out if he feels he can't play uninhibited and without the risk of reinjury. I will always stand up for the players. Teams will cut you without hesitation to save money if they don't think you're up to snuff or if they feel they can acquire cheaper services elsewhere.

It's really easy for people to say he should play and put himself out there, but if Lamar suffered an Alex Smith level knee injury, no one here would rush to help him out, nor would his teammates.

I'm always in favor of the player doing what is in their best interest health wise because the team won't always.

I totally agree. I just hope the rumors of him not rehabbing properly early are total bullshit. If so, I’m absolutely fine with him still out.

Idk. The guy that spoke on it or shared the info concerning Lamar not rehabbing properly generally doesn't just share things that aren't legit. That doesn't mean in this situation he isn't wrong though. Both unreliable sources such as Mike Preston and Skip Bayless hinted at something like this and usually when it's smoke there's fire.

But at the same time maybe this just LJ making a business decision and I ain't mad at him if he is

If he wasn't rehabbing in the castle, he was somewhere else. I'm sure he was getting second opinion on the diagnosis, too.

TJ, the X bengal is just repeating all the rumors floating around right now. I hope it’s bullshit but I’m keeping an open mind until we get some hard facts.

Well there are a lot of different people now , including a teammate that believe he’s holding out .

This is a terrible scenario the Ravens are dealing with .

@ravenslord it’s clear you got something going on against Lamar Bc you’ve been posting every “if” situation all day. No facts. Just consistent “reports” with unnamed sources

“ravens fans” even posted an old interview of Suggs talking about fans and Lamar and conveniently cut off the part where he talks about Lamar highly and how he feels he wouldn’t let contract talks get in the way of him playing.


It’s weird. The obsession with him has been weird since he’s been drafted

If Lamar didn't want to play without the contract, he would have done that before the season even started.

Lobby that wanted him at WR/RB is in full swing and I really don't know why aren't the Ravens doing anything to protect him, if they are honest when saying they still want him long term.

Lamar is my favorite Ravens player .

Can all of these unnamed sources from multiple different people , players, coaches , etc all be wrong ? I find that hard to believe.
