I perceive it to be a Baker Mayfield type of situation, in which case he doesn't want to remain with the teamIt's the Raiders wanting him out.

Maybe we can screw the Colts! The irony of that happening is appealing.if they trade him, it most likely won't be to Miami. Miami doesn't have their own 1st round draft pick due to tampering and the other one is the Niners pick, which is too late in the 1st round. Highly unlikely Miami will be the trade partner, if there is one.

It's clearly a mutual thing. The Raiders don't bench Carr if they don't want him out. They did that to avoid injury guarantees because they want to move on. In turn, Carr wants to move on as well if they don't want him.I perceive it to be a Baker Mayfield type of situation, in which case he doesn't want to remain with the team
But what would Balt. get in return? But he wants to go there

I've heard Davis was the one to make the decision. Either way Carr loved that team, and they did him dirty.I don’t see this being true at all. His loyalty is to the fan base and team. He was literally crying when the Raiders were losing games. Also I live in Fresno where he and Adams played together and he is mostly beloved here. There was a buzz around the town when they were reunited. I don’t see him wanting out. I thinks it’s more Josh McDaniel wanting Brady than anything
Agree-and that's my point-he put his all into it and got benched-like him or not, Mayfield was wholeheartedly committed to Cleveland and thrown over for Watson.I've heard Davis was the one to make the decision. Either way Carr loved that team, and they did him dirty.
Same shit i said lolIF we have to trade Lamar, I’m only trading him to Houston for all those picks lol
Carr not coming here..I've no interest in seeing Carr in Baltimore, even if the worst happens with Lamar. He's very over-rated. He can go on nice runs, where he throws accurate passes, but he also goes ice cold, for halves, games, weeks or months at a time and becomes impossible to win with. He also freezes whenever he gets hit or faces a good pass rusher (Like TJ or Garrett).
I think you can get that level of QB play for a lot cheaper than Derek Carr is ever going to cost.
get it done so we can focus the on @rossihunter2 big board this spring and not Lamar.I'll talk to him this weekend and see where it goes from there. His mother, I say!
They benched him to avoid triggering guarantees.I perceive it to be a Baker Mayfield type of situation, in which case he doesn't want to remain with the team
walkthrough is FridayAny chance Lamar is in the walkthrough today?
after the Roquan Smith deal we have 41m in cap spaceView attachment 4403
How is this possible? in this picture we have 7m of cap space, I didn't cut anyone, and Lamar has a 37m cap hit (50, 50, 58 in the rest of his contract)
