I have to disagree with you here, but if that is the case we will be set with 1st round picks for a while.

That being said, 1st round picks or not doesn't give us as much of a winning percentage we have had with Lamar nor does it increase our winning percentage in the playoffs.

Yea I just disagree, the Ravens payed him a shit load of money this year and if he can he should play. That’s a dangerous game to play with teammates. But i do agree that it’s likely a mute point because it’s legitimately just an injury that’s not healing as some hoped. I honestly see this as a positive and will humble Lamar a little before ultimately settling on a deal around 175-200 mil keeping him in Baltimore long term.

This is true, but we could stay competitive with a guy like Jimmy G or Geno in the meantime
 
I wonder if Harbaugh feels the same way about Lamar now as Sean Payton did in that Injury discussion ?

Based on Harbaugh’s body language , I would say he probably does .

Of course Ravens Gon want him to play through injury. Any franchise would. But when you got 200+ mil on the line and you’re now a dad… shit I’ll be hessy to. Gotta think about my family. Not the ravens, who didn’t want to pay you.

Either way though… shit is getting messy.

Didn’t want to pay him ? They reportedly offered him the second most guaranteed money in history !
