The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - Jags edition

Agreed, but another game where our QB wasn’t the best passer on the field. He’s got to get it fixed if we’re to have any tournament success.
Not to mention the big contract he's wanting. I'm really on the fence about paying him for a long term contract and as the year goes on, I'm struggling more and more about the wisdom of doing it. Each year he's going to lose a bit of a step with his legs as he ages and will not be quite as elusive as the year before. And let's be brutally honest - he's never going to be the passer that we need to go up against the top echelon AFC teams we'll need to go through each year to make it to a Super Bowl - Kansas City, Buffalo, Cincinnati, and Tennessee. The first 3 of those have exceptional passing QB's. Yeah, we can make up for it with a strong defense, but those 4 teams also have pretty impressive defenses and are not slouches on that side of the ball. Ravens front office will have a very difficult decision to make at the end of the year ...

To be fair, if Robinson comes down with a touchdown and the Ravens don't settle for a field goal...

I also don't count the Duvernay one against Lamar. Duvernay straight pulled up.
Oliver , Andrews and Robinson all should have been td’s . I’m not counting the Duvernay play

What a stupid ass fucking question.
What was the question about before he asked how he was feeling. Something about college

I mean let’s be honest - we never had a chance when Bateman went down, and that chance was very slim even with him in there. Now you just have a bunch of fat, slow fuckers out there catching balls or blocking. This team wasn’t going on some miraculous run after trading for an ILB. Roster construction before the season was questionable and Roman should’ve been fired in February/March to get the new OC acclimated with Lamar. Now it’s too late and we lost to a 3-7 team due, in large part, to redzone woes and offensive inefficiency

Lamar can’t hit a deep ball consistently, our play calls take too long to say/come out of Lamar’s mouth before a 300 pounder runs in motion, so the defense never has to worry about an offsides and Lamar doesn’t have time to scan the defense and make any pertinent adjustments. It’s just a shit show all around and too late to do anything about it. I think I’m just ready to move on to ‘23

Yeah I mean it was a stupid question but his body language tells a different story. Harbaugh has to choose, Greg Roman or Lamar Jackson. At this point, if Harbaugh refuses to fire Roman, he loses his job and we do everything to get Sean Payton.
I think it’s more likely that Lamar leaves the Ravens altogether. Him with Payton sounds like it would be a lot of fun to watch
