At what point do we say the experiment has run its course?
Fire Harbs
Fire GRo
Fire MM
Maybe fire EDC
Trade Lamar and start over.

The defense is like one piece away from being elite at all levels.

On offense you have the the OL. You have the running backs. You have the TEs. You have Bateman as a core piece. If you get tons of picks it could be the right move.

And I'm not saying this because I think Lamar is bad or is undeserving. I love the guy and think he's probably the best football player in the league. But I think we've made it abundantly clear we don't know how to build and run the team around him.
Lol. If you fire OC and HC, why would you let Lamar go? Presumably you'd hire coaches who would build a different offense, like one with couple receivers?

Hill ran backward before going forward. I hate that stuff!

I'm glad the fans don't run the team
You can say snooty little comments like this but what evidence do we have in almost 3 entire years of knowing how to bring the best out of Lamar Jackson?

Weve just seen the same story 3 years in a row. Start off ok for a few games and the entire things falls off the rails. We've never even really been competitive in a playoff game.

Harbs is the PERFECT lockeroom head coach. I love the guy. But it's been close to a decade without playoff success. Not many people are afforded that luxury. He's one to have deserved it imo. But we're getting to the end of his leash are we not?

The only alternative is to say the coaches and players have done the best with what they've got and it's the fault of the GM.

But the team is lifeless and playing at level of the worst teams in the league. That's not the Ravens standard

Rare, nice punt there by Jordan

If we do trade Lamar.. I won’t be mad. I can talk myself into liking 3 1st rounders..

But I don’t want to see Harbaugh here for the rebuild. He deserves to go too. No way you got gifted a generational talent, fail, and can stay for the next era.

Lmao Oweh almost had Wilson before that bomb
