This is the other side of moving on from Lamar. It's not that complicated to understand why upper management may want to move back to something more traditional. It is also not complicated to understand the possibility that Lamar wants to run for the hills given what's happened here.

But they never gave Lamar a real chance to play the position in more traditional way, so how would they know?
