These 2 teams are supposed to be the best in the NFC. They don't look like it.

Atlanta no, but Philly looks like the Denver Broncos of 2015, QB don't matter as they just have to be a game manager and let the D do the work.

Well to be fair one has the overachiever nick Foles and the other is going up against a really good defense. Still need to be better though

falcons have a loaded roster and a great coaching staff - except for sarkesian - their roster is being held back by uninspiring playcalling and bed offensive preparation and its a trend that should have been nixed before this offseason began

id say the vikings and rams are probably both better than these 2 teams but these 2 are definitely in the same eschelon (as well as the saints)

So Wentz is apparently going to be out until October according to Ian Rapport. Think the Eagles will be fine considering their defense and that can help keep Foles and the offense in every game.

Normally I love these type of low scoring games but this isn't a very exciting low scoring game.

yeah normally a low-scoring game like this would indicate turnovers - but we've had 1 turnover on downs and a fair few dropped ints
a dearth of big plays both offensively and defensively

the rest of the world should be booing a boring game but the eagles fans shouldnt be turning on their team after 1 bad half of football (where they are only 3 points down)
I disagree. Got to keep them on their toes. They need to show up 16-19 times a year. If they don't, people who have to show 350 days a year at work have all the rights to boo the shit out of them.
And then go throw snowballs at Santa.

its not like they're giving low effort... they just happen to be injury depleted to start the year... including their starting qb
they are still in a game with a team that is much healthier than them

that was the kind of catch that the new catch rule was supposed to stop being not ruled against - it looked like a catch - should be a catch

i mean it was a catch...
why wasnt it ruled a catch?

Blows my mind they went back reviewed it and still got the call completely wrong. Bring back the replacement refs so I can see the Arizona falcons again.
