So you're saying he adjusts the formations and personnel he uses to get the best players the most snaps? OC's can actually do that? I thought they had to force everyone into the same formation type regardless of the player. /s

I appreciate the Monken hire. I was not a fan of getting MM as a young an inexperienced DC. Thought we should've brought in someone more established. Glad this time on offense we're going for experience and versatility.
Wasn't expecting it to be Monken. Definitely thought Harbs was focusing on being a career maker for another young guy. But guess not!
Finally, kinda weird if it was always Monken that we waited till today. Like did we call up EB and BJ and get immediately no-ed so we just called up TM?

Sounds like Monken started pushing the envelope per reports. Had some interest elsewhere and understood all of the teams are likely to draw their searches to a close relatively quickly now. Would imagine EB is either staying or going to Washington (potential HC in waiting type of deal?) and Johnson is likely ascending to OC in Philly.

Yeah I think EB interviewing with Washington first may have either shown our lack of interest, or that he has interests elsewhere, and my guess is Johnson was on our radar but rebuffed other teams once he realized the OC job is now open in Philly. Have not heard of him interviewing anywhere else either, which makes me think he's staying put.

Just move some box defenders out in space by moving skill players out in space, run same blocking concepts but replace ricard with a motioning TE from the slot. Literally done and done.

Combined record for all 4 seasons is 25 - 39. This is what happens when teams pay big money to get 1000 yard receivers. Still need a running game and a defense.

Fuck the Cardinals. Eagles fans have been wanting Gannon to be gone, but sure....take him over Anarumo who easily had more success against the Chiefs.
I think they caught wind of Indy hiring the Eagles OC and that took Brian Johnson off the table.
