Bateman pissed too now

This all Harbaughs fault for enabling these sorry ass lackeys.

Fuck you Roman
Let's hope these changes mean less injuries, but at the end of the day if we change everything but one constant remains and we still have issues.... Harbaugh gotta go.

I understand Bateman's Tweet but that has nothing to do with EDC and is all on Greg Roman for misuing the receivers.

I agree, though again, this feels a little "after the fact" to me.
What other changes are there to make?

Roman is gone. Saunders is gone.

And it feels like both of these moves were forced upon them. I think most would agree both of these changes should have come earlier and that's where the hostility is probably coming from.

Roman's worst trait had nothing to do with his system. It was him and the way he talked. He just so often called out his players publicly as not being good enough and not doing what they're supposed to do.

Maybe he has a group of idiots, but probably not. And even if they are, do something to help your idiots! Don't just do the same thing and expect an different result. And then alienate them along the way.

EDC says some dumb shit too

So everyone that was deep into those leaks, what are your opinions on players speaking out about the situation here? Most of yall were on the side of the organization. Speak up... I'm curious
I just take issue with the timeliness of it. You waited until an NFLPA report comes out to publicly call out coaches that have already been fired?

Where's the backbone? Half these guys out here trolling on social media daily, but they don't have the balls to publicly criticize a coach who's not doing their job?

Feels like waiting until you can no longer be punished for your criticism to give it isn't exactly a strong endorsement of "integrity" by certain players either.

I'll be honest... I don't really even understand what Bateman is bitching about. If its criticism about Saunders or Roman, sure. I agree with it it.

If he's bitching at Eric because he said the WR room isn't as good as we want it, then what the fuck is Bateman even talking about? Is he saying if our WR core was healthy and had a better strength program they'd still be good?

Show me the fans who are buying that bullshit. I've yet to see the fan who doesn't think that room needs a talent infusion. And so when Eric says publicly that it does, what the hell are people complaining about?

Bateman can't logically be pissed at Eric about Saunders or Roman. That's on John. If he's pissed because Eric is calling out the WR room for not having enough talent, then he has no logical reason for doing so, other than the possibility that Bateman thinks the WR IS good.

in that case, he's an idiot.

At least two years too late in both cases.

I love to see some shaking of this complacent organization. They've been acting like they're one of the NFL's top teams when they've been in the bottom 25-30% of the league in terms of play off wins and division titles in the last decade.

The Lamar situation and all the media criticism has brought out a lot of Ravens-brained takes from fans lately about how great everything is.

Wait was Bateman’s tweet directed at EDC? Hahahaah shit’s about to be awkward

Sure, but its already in the past. There's nothing more to be done on those. There's no time machine. Are fans still going to bitch about things that happened in the past? Of course... they have a lot of free time on there hands, and only a small fraction of the fanbase has any vision beyond the next month in front of them. So I expect that from fans.

If it was two years too late for Saunders, then I should have seen a bunch of tweets from players two years ago about it. Strange that I didn't...

Yes, it was towards a tweet from a reporter about what EDC said regarding WR questions yesterday. Basically EDC said they just need to keep trying at WR because the guys they've gotten haven't been good enough. Guess Bateman took offense to the fact that his GM said literally the most obvious thing ever about that position group.

Players are the easiest to attack when they speak up. Many were quick to just bring up Hollywood's drops when he made his soldiers comment. And usually badmouthing your boss will land you in trouble so I get them being quiet. We've seen plenty of players get blackballed or labeled after doing that. I don't think he goes off if not for EDC comments about the wrs. After being traded Holloywood said he was the voice for TEAMMATES cause some would t speak up. It's a young room so I not going to fault them for trying not to derail their career 2-3 years in against one of the quote best run organizations in the league.

Judon tweeted about it a year ago and he didn't even have an injury axe to grind. He just knew the man was shit at his job. It's a bit harder for current players to do so.

And yet, in trying not to, they may be doing the work for themselves
