Ravens Ring of Honor
Flowers is gonna be a rookie of the year candidate.
He’s definitely a fun project. Sounds like he’s had his share of struggles but that should be no surprise based on the tape. Good news is that he has all of the intangibles. Reset those mechanics and you’ve got the potential for something good. Not an easy task but something fun for Joe D.
You damn right he is. I ain't #SIIE'ing this shit for nothing.Flowers is gonna be a rookie of the year candidate.
I appreciate the transparency at leastMonken legit said the offense is not good right now
Oh I love Monken. Dude doesn't coach speak at all. Kinda short with the media. Tells the truth.I appreciate the transparency at least
To me it sounded like he knows not everyone is there and a lot of room for improvement. Sounds like a key focus is getting players not named Andrews more involved. We all know the Ravens offense with Greg was atrocious at checking the ball down to running backs. And when it has been there the past couple seasons Lamar has missed the easy ones because it wasn’t a focal part of the offense before.Monken legit said the offense is not good right now
Gonna take time fam. It’ll come.Monken legit said the offense is not good right now
I'm just happy he acknowledges it. Means they're working. Also means there are real changes being madeGonna take time fam. It’ll come.
I would've been surprised if things were clicking this quickly. I expect growing pains to occur in the first part of the season.Monken legit said the offense is not good right now
How many times did we hear over Roman’s tenure that it was the execution that was lacking and not play design. Obviously fault goes on both sides, execution and play calls, but it actually feels like a unit again on offense instead of a blame game.I'm just happy he acknowledges it. Means they're working. Also means there are real changes being made
Was also weirdly happy to hear that yesterday's practice was effective but not overly exciting with most completions in the passing game being "just" underneath stuff. Feel like we need a lot more of that so happy to hear we're working on it. We have playmakers. Get the ball in their hands and let them do work instead of consistently waiting for things to open up downfield.I'm just happy he acknowledges it. Means they're working. Agreed. Honestly Monken just seems ridiculously more reasonable than RomanWas also weirdly happy to hear that yesterday's practice was effective but not overly exciting with most completions in the passing game being "just" underneath stuff. Feel like we need a lot more of that so happy to hear we're working on it. We have playmakers. Ok I am gonna give it a go again.

I think they'll keep a 7th Corner (or 5th Safety, depending on how you view somebody like Washington) over a 6th Dlineman. But other than that, I think the list is fine.Ok I am gonna give it a go again.
