idk that the versatility will help him unless he starts actually showing well at tackle or playing there in practices more - seems to be nailed in at 2nd team RG in practice

where is all this hill hype coming from? Training camp and one run in the preseason? He has been with us for what 3-4seasons now? Showed some flashes here and there but thats about it. Lets not act like his resume is anywhere near close to gus! Gus is consistent!!!

His resume is not better than Gus'. It's just not. But Monken seems to be prioritizing him over Gus right now, due to him being a better receiver out of the backfield and being more of a "space player". We'll see what he does with his opportunity

I meant gus resume is better than hills. Yea i agree though, its likely just a system thing but im not sold on hill till i see some in game action

I'm agreeing with you. Gus' resume is better. But it seems to be a scheme thing. Also looking forward to seeing all the running backs in this new offense

I don't think it's hype, but more optimism that Hill is slowly turning the page.
