Huntley can also throw to WRs with 15 yards separation 5+ seconds into the play with a completely clean pocket too

For the last time, the argument has been all offseason you don't pay WR5 5M+ per year. Especially when he's bad.

That being said literally 3 days ago Lamar signed his extension and that likely opened up some space. Depending on what it costs to sign RYS and Houston plus the rookies, we still may be able to keep Duv.

That was definitely way less likely prior to the extension though.

That was definitely way less likely prior to the extension though.

I mean pre draft he was WR4 and 4.5m for WR4 who is also a PB returner is not bad value. It is less good value as WR5 but he would be that on most teams so getting a paycut out of him is not impossible or an extension that effectively reduces that number. Either way you do not weaken your strength.

Mitchell was one of my favorite players in this whole draft, I'm honestly over the moon we got him as UDFA
