Oh I know that @Ludy51. The Ravens pass rush is seemingly weaker against those "quick passing" QB's and plays. Most defenses are!

I think you are underestimating Lamar’s arm. He’s made some pretty nice deep passes. He may not have the same arm that joe has but not many have his arm strength

He’s got mad arm strength but he is horrible on fades and I don’t think he’s ever gonna develop that

Its more than arm strength, its accuracy, its velocity, its just not even in the same league as Joe. He has strengths but once the throw is outside that does not play to them.

it was fine - if flacco doesnt throw the first down high we get 5 yards there, we make the same play on 2nd down we got another 4 yards or so there - the only questionable one was that snead deep route but i dont think that was the first read and flacco was kind of rushed at the end

Again, most of this is mechanics, but he has put many throws right where they need to be. Watch some film
