If obeying the play call is a bad decision then the fault lies with the person who made the play call. The job of the players is to execute the play. The play sucked but they executed it as designed.

If that was not the primary read on that play, then it would not have happened so fast. The players did what they were supposed to, its just what they were supposed to do sucked.
