He had a good game and looked better than even I could anticipate. He’s really come a long way. But he’s not perfect yet. If he ever gets a semi accurate deep ball he’s straight up going to be unstoppableI think as time goes on Lamar will pass more and run less but you are correct , he is a work in progress.
Dirty Bengals with no penalties against them. Suspect! We having a good time tonight. It feels good beating those dirty Bengals my friends!

He looked much improved throwing the ball. I was really impressed with his game today. He made a few mistakes, but so much positive things to take from this game.He had a good game and looked better than even I could anticipate. He’s really come a long way. But he’s not perfect yet. he might have that already for all we know - coaches never let him throw any lol
Sorry you missed it brother. It was a great day.Just got home and watched the highlights on YouTube, pretty impressive rushing attack between Edwards and LJ. And Tucker is again The Man!
I have to assume that the reason he wasn't throwing any was because they knew he couldn't. They have seen more plays from him then we have after all

Yes. indeed.they got away with a late hit on lamar twice at least
Which is why I have 0 problem with not throwing a lot. If the run is working so well why pass.the bengals literally couldnt stop the run all day
both lamar and gus went over 100 yards each on the ground alone

I hate this argument. I’m sure you and others said the same thing about hurst starting over brown, or Carr starting over Humphrey last year. Time and time again we clamor for a younger player to start, people say “coaches know better than we do” and then we see said player get a chance and flourish.I have to assume that the reason he wasn't throwing any was because they knew he couldn't.
