Dom McRaven
Hall of Famer
Had a Steelers friend STILL call him LamaRB. He lucky our WRs dropped those catches or he'd be singing a different tune about how Lamar was carving those boys up like sliced meat.Should be 5-0
Not even a question

He looks 40 lbs heavier than normal Ronnie. Very slow feet. This is strictly off memory and no rewatches but Ronnie hasn't been good when he's played
It felt like we were running the ball well, but the stats say other wise. Take away the Lamar scrambles and we’re well below 100 Yds on the day. I don’t think that problem is going away either. Puts a lot of pressure on Lamar to be perfectWhat really worries me more than anything is our health. O-line is concerning at times and other times we look great.
Stanley...
Our running game is really Lamar with spurts of whoever’s dead corpse we throw back there
And pass rush. Huge concerns due to health still

You're right. Which is why the idea that he can't "carry" an offense/team is wild to me. What other QB is asked to be perfect AND carry a run game?
The reality is that we have not been good at running the ball for a few years now but it's been masked by Lamar
Agree to an extent on that last part but the even in the run game we basically had to sell out to be successful. And what I mean by that is the personnel and formations we had on the field.
I expected a 6-7 week period before the team would start getting comfortable in the offense. They seem to be doing better and are just taking their own legs out from under them. If they can clean up very manageable errors they can take off.
Running game besides Lamar was fine but not spectacular. About 4.5 YPC. 19 carries for 80 yards between Gus and Hill.It felt like we were running the ball well, but the stats say other wise. I think we gambled and lost with Marlo, he had one week of training under his belt, same with Ronnie. Those guys will get better I am sure and hopefully the drops were just a one off. We just need to be such pussies when anything goes wrong
I hate to be that guy but Pickens also pushed Marlo off
Idk if steelers teach them that but antonio brown had perfected that shitI hate to be that guy but Pickens also pushed Marlo off
Everytime the ball is thrown deep on marlon i automatically think the wr is gonna catch the ball.I think we gambled and lost with Marlo, he had one week of training under his belt, same with Ronnie. Definitely his weakness, he never looks for the ball. That said, he looked like he was running in mud chasing Pickens. turribleEverytime the ball is thrown deep on marlon i automatically think the wr is gonna catch the ball.
Pickens has mastered that already. Subtle nudges to give himself space. He’s managed to push without fully extending.I hate to be that guy but Pickens also pushed Marlo off
We looked better with backups last week. I don't think the Browns are bad, but that could be why we looked good, idk. It was a coherent performance. This week was utterly INcoherent. I really am stupefied by how terrible the supposed better players were yesterday. It's impossible to watch when they are so off; they look lost. Maybe it is health, but if it is, then let them rest and leave the 2nd and 3rd stringers in. Lamar is the next injury if he keeps getting pinned in the pocket for sacks. What really worries me more than anything is our health. O-line is concerning at times and other times we look great.

at this point Im not sure Lamar getting injured would be a bad thing. The loss wasn't his fault, but he has not been very clutch as of late.We looked better with backups last week.
