The Missed Tackles, the Injuries and the Special Teams

Yup, we still at the top of the AFC in wins. Lol
Yep this is still a really good team. Just can't buy the idea that this team can't win a SB. It's not always the "best" team that wins it. If it was, we'd probably have 0 SBs in team history.

Under no circumstances should we be letting off the gas against a DIVISION RIVAL. Fuck is wrong with them? :brickwall::brickwall::brickwall:

HE SAID WHAT HE SAID!

And I agree with him and you!

Yeah really good teams have really bad days from time to time. Only one team has ever gone undefeated in the SB era. As long as injuries don’t kill us we’ll be in the hunt.

They started of hot and thought they had it in the bag. I hope they all come out pissed on Thursday! Make a statement game.
See, to me, it shouldn't have to take that to make a statement. Dominate a team from the beginning to the end of the game cause IT IS NEVER OVER UNTIL IT IS OVER! That's football 101.

I blame it on coaching. We've seen several times this season alone when we have a lead they go conservative. I hate that mentality because when the other team starts catching up is like we can't switch back to what was working in the first place. I know it's been mentioned several times but I still don't get why we didn't continue with the hot hand Mitchell.

And what I meant by statement game is I want this team to come out heated by the embarrassment they displayed today and take it out on the Bengals.

I know what you meant. It's fine I agree with you. I want the Ravens to show us that they are who we thought they were. Dominating the Bengals from start to finish of the game for the W in Primetime Thursday Night at "THE BANK" will do it.

Im gonna be a little more conservative since they had a game at thursday things were vanilla but what I seen from the highlights

now monken was keeping things vanilla but he has to get better playcalling it cant be lamar scramble and make a play, where was the cover 1 beaters? why would you go away from the run game

also Okoronkwo putting mekari on his knees which let him tip the pass like that , team misses morgan

falee looked pretty good , stanley is not it anymore

harbaugh needs to get the special team in tact too many momentum swing

We’ve had this issue for many years now.

And that's a major problem.
This is why it's impossible to defend John Harbaugh anymore, same issues keep happening every year and hey you know what? Wink is no longer here, we finally got rid of Roman. I thought the coordinators were the problem? Yet here we are and still talking about these same issues that continue to not be fixed. What's the constant variable? John Harbaugh. The 4th quarter meltdowns? We suddenly go away from what's working, players suddenly stop getting carries? Lifting our foot off the gas pedal as Hamilton said? It's on Harbaugh as Head Coach to fix these issues and it's on Harbaugh to make sure these things stop happening.

Our whole secondary falling apart when one player gets injured? We've seen this where Jimmy Smith would get hurt and our whole secondary becomes terrible. It's now happening with Marlon where he gets hurt, our whole secondary that held quarterbacks in check suddenly let said quarterbacks lead comebacks. Again, that's a coaching issue. That's an issue that falls on John Harbaugh as Head Coach to correct. Yet, we are still talking about these issues year after year. Yes, Harbaugh would be hired by the end of the day if we fired him. Yes, we likely could get a 1st round pick for him(especially if an old and out of touch Sean Payton was worth a first) but either way it's time to start pointing the finger at Harbaugh. Perhaps it's time to move on, the Eagles didn't care if Doug Pederson won a Super Bowl, he was gone two years later. Time to start stop living in the past, Harbaugh has lived on the 2012 Super Bowl for too long.

Go get a new young offensive minded Head Coach..... thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

doubt any of this was harbaugh fault today tbh

I agree. The approach doesn’t make sense and I’ve found myself scratching my head over the years.

Unless we are down (which is rare) we just seem to get up on a lead and shut everything down

Their D Line shut down our offense in the second half and Watson/their offense played just well enough to sneak a last minute win. I don't think it's indicative of any major problems with the Ravens.

remember that playoff game where jk aint get enough touches especially in the rz. thought it was a gro problem but it might be a harbuagh problem seeing keaton getting 3 carries

The Ravens seemingly started to play "not to lose" instead of "playing to win" by playing hard until the final whistle blew. I'm from the old school. Regardless of the game we play (i.e., cards, checkers, chess, dominoes, monopoly, Madden, bowling, etc.) I'm going to try to beat you down and beat you down to break your spirit and to snatch your will to win. I don't ease up. I play to win; period! When I see that I have you beat-you are beat! That's my personality and temperament. That's why I get so pissed when I see the Ravens up 14-3, just to lose 33-31. That's inexcusable and pathetic to me!

Now, go beat the Bengals!
