The 2024 Offseason Thread

Is it a prerequisite for Lamar era Ravens fan to shit on Josh Allen at every possible turn on X? I don’t get why people can’t enjoy talent. I think it’s pretty clear Lamar is the better player , but Josh is still a ton of fun to watch and very much in the argument for Top 5 QBs.

Not really a prerequisite, but A LOT of Bills fans shit on Lamar. Bruh they're STILL fucking upset over Lamar winning a 2nd MVP.

I can underatand the hate Lamar gets online with how a lot of his supporters act.

I am on twitter all the time and can tell you that the biggest target would be Lamar and Allen.

The type of things said about our boy is insane.

The fans don't really help either, the hate is met with worship. Terrible mix

If Winchester was on YouTube there’s a 110% chance he’d be a manosphere poster like fresh & fit or Andrew Tate.

Allen is the only player besides Mahomes that doesn’t totally make me annoyed if someone ranks him above Lamar. Anyone else I can’t take it because it’s just not true, and I think Lamar is #2 anyway. Hell if we took care of business I’d be saying #1

I don’t really interact will Bills fans much but I can see that being annoying. I just think some of our fan base is way too sensitive with Lamar critics …..I also just laugh at randos who say shit because we know they’re wrong and if Lamar can play better in the playoffs they really won’t have anything to say.

With a SB Lamar and Mahomes are on the same level IMO. Interchangeable at 1. I also like Allen because so many people shit on him early in his career but he really turned it around.

Maybe with multiple Super Bowls. I’ve thought the “wins as a QB” stat is stupid and amateur when teams win games but if a guy has 3 Super Bowls and you get 1 that doesn’t make you the same. There is just a chasm of playoff success between them right now and 1 Super Bowl doesn’t change it because Mahomes has just been too dominant in that field (it’s kinda annoying to be honest).

Also a thing with Mahomes where every single advanced metric just makes him look broken when stacked up all time.
