End of the Bar Does Not Care, John Harbaugh

@Simba Hey can you ask your source if he's heard anything about coaching changes? Is Harbaugh secretly on the hot seat? Orr? Our Special Teams Coach? Is Harbaugh potentially getting an extension beyond 2025? These losses eventually pile up and the amount of blown 4th quarter leads, the penalties, being so undisciplined, EVERY WEEK, EVERY YEAR.

Someone in the Castle has to be paying attention to this, is EDC on a hot seat for the way he built the team that was one game from the Super Bowl last year?
Its no way on Earth edc is on the hot seat! If we get rid of harbaugh, we need to be drawing beicheck contract right now

My source is connected to EDC. Harbaugh reports to Bisciotti. Not information I think I’d be able to get.

I thought I try lol. Was hoping maybe even if not Harbaugh that at least maybe there were talk about Orr and the defense giving up so many big plays, maybe the special teams coach given Tucker's misses, etc.

Completely different jurisdictions

I've already mentioned a lot about Orr - they felt all along that it was more of a personnel issue and not a concrete coaching issue on why the D was playing so poorly. They adjusted yesterday and there seems to be some credence to that. We'll see if that remains the case going forward.

I’m normally not this dude but can Harbaugh be out/retire after this year and we bring in Ben Johnson??

Let me dream lol
I was just thinking, there's only a few Head Coaches I would take right now over Harbaugh. Dan Campbell is one of them because they basically are the NFC version of us with the way they pound the rock and run the ball. I'd take Ben Johnson from them as then we wouldn't have to get away from who we are as a team. I know the Lions have great running backs right now but give Ben Johnson Derrick Henry, Justice Hill, Keaton Mitchell and Lamar Jackson? Yeah Belichick would be nice but I like the idea of someone like Ben Johnson who would is a new school Head Coach who brings fresh ideas to the team.

Ben Johnson also gives you the offensive minded coach that you don’t have to worry about losing. Much like Reid, Mcvay, Shanahan etc. maybe not quite at their level yet but you get point.

The reason why BB and andy reid are still so good is because they stay ahead of the curve with ideas! Wouldnt mind ben but if rather have BB simply for his experience..

No thanks to Bill Belichick. I want someone young
Right now, with lamar… if we wanna win while we have some great talent… imo. BB would be the best option! Wouldnt mind Ben but who knows, could end up like mcdaniels or the next andy reid! I think Bb gives us the best chance in this window

not a chance. First he wouldn't be coming here without full control. He also wouldn't be here long and I'd prefer not to have that much turnover.

On the off chance the Ravens need a new coach Jesse Minter, DC of the Chargers, feels like a good candidate. He already has a history with us (on our coaching staff 2017 to 2020), and would fix up the defense so Lamar doesn't have to score five TDs a game.

I like him as well but would prefer he has another year as DC in the NFL. I'd prefer Ben Johnson if we decided to move on from Harbaugh.
