Looking around the league, we got two head Coach vacancies already in the Titans & Giants. We could have at least 6 more bringing a total of 8 Head Coach openings and that's without counting for Harbaugh. Moving on from Harbaugh in a year where there could be plenty of vacancies may not be the best idea but a young offensive minded Head Coach would jump at the chance to work with Lamar & Derrick in Baltimore. I think we are looking at a situation where if we go deep in the playoffs that is very much wide open. They say just to get to the dance, well 2025 is the pure definition of that. I think Harbaugh is staying if we win the division and make a potential deep run but look at changes at Coordinator, whether that's Todd Monken or Zach Orr.
Titans - The Titans have a new GM in place who came from Kansas City, so look there in terms of them getting someone offensive minded who could develop Cam Ward.
Giants - Jaxson Dart has shown flashes here and there this season, if Cam Skattebo returns healthy, they might be able to make noise next season with the right coach.
Buccaneers - Say what you will, but Todd Bowles has overachieved in Tampa with that roster and if they lose the division to Carolina, it might be time to move on. We know Baker and the offense is fine as they have produced Head Coaches the past couple years in Dave Canales and Liam Cohen. A defensive minded guy might be what Tampa looks for here.
Falcons - Raheem Morris might not be the only fired this off-season in Atlanta as their GM could be on the hot seat as well. Given their QB situation with the money given to Kirk Cousins to simply ride the bench until Michael Penix got hurt, and of course the question of whether Penix is the guy or not.
Browns - Might look to start over all together with a complete house cleaning. Fire Kevin Stefanski and fire GM Andrew Berry who gave Watson that ridiculous contract and wipe their hands clean of Watson next year.
Bengals - Ownership might have to make a choice in the off-season, Joe Burrow or Zac Taylor. If Burrow is unhappy, Zac Taylor may be gone as they look to keep their QB happy.
Cardinals - Jonathan Gannon in Arizona is an interesting one, do they want to give him another year with a potential rookie QB or just start over after trading Kyler Murray? If Gannon was available, I'd love him for a Defensive Coordinator option for us, he seems to be one of those who are a good coordinator but not Head Coach.
Raiders- Already fired Chip Kelly, and it seems the Pete Carroll experiment didn't work out. With the Raiders likely to draft a new QB, getting a young offensive minded Head Coach to work with who they draft seems like the best fit.
