Ehh, I mean I don't hate the Browns roster. Defensively they're certainly a SB-caliber defense. Well coached also.
I think they obviously whiffed at QB, though that's on Haslam. I don't really think they're that talented on offense (at least compared to other teams), so the front office bears some of the burden of that.
I don't think Stefanski is special at all, and don't really care if he gets fired, but I'm not sure he's really the problem either. I think it's more of the culture of the NFL, where a guy with a 44% win pct really doesn't usually get six seasons to figure it out. But then again he's won "Coach of the Year" twice in that period of time.
