I feel like Stefanski is the guy that pays the price for some awful personnel decisions. I'm not sure he's a great coach, but also not sure he deserves to lose his job with their inability to identify (and keep) meaningful talent.

I don’t think he’s bad. I think they could do a lot worse. They have an elite defense and just make terrible decisions on offense. The QB room is a mess there and they clearly aren’t consulting with Stefanski since they shipped out Joe when he wanted him, just a terrible terrible situation. I wouldn’t want to coach there if I was him.
If he is gone I’d love to bring in Jim Schwartz to lead our defense. That guy is a dawg and gets his people to play more than he doesn’t.

Ehh, I mean I don't hate the Browns roster. Defensively they're certainly a SB-caliber defense. Well coached also.
I think they obviously whiffed at QB, though that's on Haslam. I don't really think they're that talented on offense (at least compared to other teams), so the front office bears some of the burden of that.
I don't think Stefanski is special at all, and don't really care if he gets fired, but I'm not sure he's really the problem either. I think it's more of the culture of the NFL, where a guy with a 44% win pct really doesn't usually get six seasons to figure it out. But then again he's won "Coach of the Year" twice in that period of time.
I should be more specific - I think he'd be paying the price of them shunning the only QB to ever really embrace the idea of turning around the Browns in favor of Watson. I know they had problems at that time too, but they took such a major step down after that and have not recovered in typical Browns fashion.

It’s almost like the Browns realized Baker could actually make them good and the NFL had to course correct to keep them the Browns

Consistently coaching teams that are mentally and situationally weak and full of panic and mistakes in big moments

This is the reason I think he could be fired. If it was just this year then sure. If it happened in the Playoffs then OK. But this happened during the regular season. It happened repeatedly. I think there’s no choice but to move on from Harbaugh. Maybe he survives and it’s certainly possible he will, but I think it’s not very likely. I think his time has run its course.
I just think that there’s a real apathy in danger of setting in around the ravens which is unconscionable when you’ve got Lamar Jackson and a perennial playoff team
More than anything, that’s what you’d think bisciotti would be wary of

Honestly, I agree with you. I’m feeling it myself. I’m not even sure I want to watch the final two games of the season. I certainly don’t want to go to any games. It’s not good right now.

Andy Reid-ish. If Harbaugh wants to keep coaching, he’s probably going to go elsewhere and have great success. Doesn’t mean it’s the wrong choice though.

As I said, if Biscotti was as patient with Billick as he is with Harbaugh, we may have never fired Billick one year after being 13-3 in 2006. Biscotti would have gave Billick 2008 with a rookie QB to fix it similar to how we drafted Lamar and Harbaugh got a chance to fix it despite how 2017 ended.

So the question is, if Harbaugh did stay, are you keeping both coordinators? If not, does it make sense to keep Harbaugh?
I agree, it seems all but certain he is done here for so many reasons. I’ll never say never though because I’ve been burned before on absolutes but I can’t see how he stays.
The window to fire Harbaugh was after the 2018 season, but Lamar saved him. There has been so real reason to move on since then, so I wouldn’t necessarily call it patience. Despite the playoff losses, no team is firing a coach after they just put up back to back historic seasons.
