ZDS reportedly got $16M+ per year. Ouch.
Holy shitOver 16 million per year for ZDS reportedly.

Exactly. Can’t blame Decosta for letting these guys go. Hopefully Lamar develops and he gives him the tools to develop.Holy shit
Good for him. Never mad at a player getting paid... as long as we're not the ones doing it. And before some smart ass get at me, I mean for certain guys.
Rapoport:
Sources: Former #Ravens LB CJ Mosley is expected to sign with the #Jets on a massive 5-year, $85M deal worth $51M guaranteed. That’s $17M per year. It took a lot to leave Baltimore.

Good for him and us. 2 3rd round comp picks!?
Ravens have Lost so many defensive free agents that, at this point, you almost have to Wonder if now is the time to Put all of the chips on Bell, just to save face. Not saying that the Ravens should panic, but Losing every major defensive free agent makes the decision a lot easier, IMO
I don’t think Trent browns average was bigger than either of our losses. Flowers and foles so far are the ones that are hurting usI'm not even sure it'll get a 2nd 3rd. I don't know formula perfectly but Flowers and Brown for Pats, Foles for Eagles are already bigger. The way things are going I wouldn't be shocked to see another crazy deal that would mean only 1 3rd and a 4th.
Bell just isn't worth it. No RB is worth what he is going to get.
Guys who are smart with comp picks... tell me...
With the absurd contracts being handed out, are we even likely to get a third at all, let alone 2? Mosley got 17 per and Z with 16 per, but with guys like foles at 22 per, trey flowers above Zs average and at or below CJs average, and guys like bell and tyrell Williams potentially matching or passing those numbers... it seems we will get one third, but the way these dollars are being thrown out I worry that we don’t see 2 thirds.
Another thought, do we think that tony Jefferson can go the way of mark Barron/deone bucannon? I feel like we feel comfortable that if one of our starting 2 ILBs don’t work out that we have a quality option in Jefferson and potentially a UDFA like always. I think we are gonna go hard after a safety in the draft and then roll with the rookie, Elliott, and Clark, who all have looked VERY good. Honestly I would love to see Adderley with Elliott and Clark rotating the second safety spot, and have young and Jefferson at LB with Jefferson and Levine taking the dime snaps.
Was joking about TJ at lb but i can see it he is a monster in the run and would be better in coverage as a Lb rather than a safetyGuys who are smart with comp picks... tell me...

lol, thinningWe are only two years away from another CBA Battle between the NFLPA & Owners, wouldn't be surprised if the agents are using that to leverage more money for their clients NOW in case of a lockout. The current CBA ends after the 2020 season.
the owners used to get upset at Dan Snyder for doing it. Now everyone else is in on it.I can’t believe an off ball LB just got paid that much. These teams are destroying the market.
