Ozzie, EDC, Harbs, Cullen, Wink and McCoy just had a huge lunch. Now they sleep over the discussion and get back to us tomorrow regarding a possible deal or just how good lunch was.

If I understand the question, no. A strength call,(and generally speaking, the SAM alignment) is generally made/determined pre snap and is only in part based on TE.

For those asking, Gerald McCoy’s FA visit with Ravens is ongoing. Could even stretch into Wednesday am. Not sure where contract talks stand but Ravens obviously would love to get a deal before he leaves town.
If it stretches into Wednesday, he's ours. I think it has been rare a free agent that we want leaves without a contract.

Interesting - this is just such an atypical Ravens move that I have no read on what any of this means at all
Alternatively he’s going to dinner with the ravens or going and coming back - he only arrived apparently late afternoon so maybe hasn’t had time to do anything
You may be right of course but him leaving at 7pm local time doesn’t really indicate much
