I'm no expert so I'm happy to be proven wrong here (by actual evidence, not from something on a website that unironically features David Icke), but I do know that your mouth and nose are massive access points for airborne (and other) pathogens. Nothing's ever 100% effective but it doesn't hurt to eliminate/slow down a risk factor.

Anyhow, i find it hilarious how anyone here could slander even someone like icke when they listen to WHO and Gates/Fauci
Not that IQ means much of anything, but I shudder to think about how many IQ points I just lost from reading the past few pages.
masks are more about protecting the people around you than protecting you from them
wearing a mask should be a courtesy you show your fellow human beings and take comfort in seeing them return the favour
obviously helps protect you a little but its more about not infecting the people around you
you're assuming i listen to gates/fauci and not the empirical data
In a lot of Asian countries there is a culture of wearing a mask to protect others, if you are not well. Face covering of any kind will catch the large particles you cough or sneeze out but they won't/can't stop something as small as a virus if someone gets too close.masks are more about protecting the people around you than protecting you from them

I didn't say it outright but I was thinking of masks as a two-way thing (potentially preventing you from getting infected as well as potentially preventing you from infecting others). Unless someone has/finds reputable evidence to the contrary, it doesn't hurt to address a risk factor like that. Especially for a disease like this where you can have it for two weeks and not know you have itmasks are more about protecting the people around you than protecting you from them

ill raise your 26 people with the over 3000 cases in this study that was published today...

It took me literally 2 minutes to find out:What Sami is saying is correct when it comes to hydro and the mix of zinc. Or are these not real scientists?

Turns out it's a Dutch publishing company (Elsevier) who will publish anything for money. Quick Google search is enough to give me a big pause before looking into it more, which I can't be bothered with. Advice: stay clear.
Yes. People do that, too but this is a first-hand answer by people from China, S. Korea and Thailand who I know. You sure its not the polluted air?
