In seriousness, I typed up a reply a while ago detailing how the Paris agreement is just every country in the world (except one - guess which) promising to cut emissions by enough to limit the rise in the world temperature - and how several other countries (including and especially China) are already taking the initiative by implementing policies out of their own wallets - but I always get depressed when I see climate change discussed as a partisan issue as if there's two sides to it (when it really should be a bipartisan one) and said countries' policies being discussed as if it's some kind of game theory move like OPEC where someone else cutting corners means everyone else foots the bill when in fact someone else cutting corners means we're all
left high and dry.
