The Refs, the OL, and the Coaching

but playaction actually helps out your OL with pass pro - that's why it's been so successful for us
In theory yes, but I think in actuality they see the possibility of a guy like Crosby blowing through the line regardless and making a play. Maybe something we'll see more when we escape the Jones-Crosby-Parsons gauntlet. Idk though - I don't like a lot of decisions being made so I very well could be wrong.

Henry is running the ball well, huge drive in the second half.

3 and 1. What do we do?

We have the greatest runner of the football at the QB position ever and easily the one of the greatest running backs of all time in the backfield

What do we do?

Run our 3rd string TE on a bullshit tush push which lead to a penalty of course because Henry jumped.

You know how Henry doesn't jump? Just hand him the fucking ball and let him get us that fucking yard.
He jumped twice today so not a given.

i mean tbf he jumped earlier in the game on a normal carry too...

idk why anyone didnt like the playcall... we did the same shit with TE sneaking with Andrews last year - we're only doing it coz lamar sucks at sneaks and... it worked

but henry twitched

i mean von miller looked like his old self in week 1 too so we dont get any relief until the bengals and that's a division game

yet another reason to put the rookie in ASAP... his best quality is his pass pro

So far Orr has been awful, linebackers guarding speed WRs, Adams 1v1. Worst pass defense in the league, Hamilton a ghost, not a great start for him

And then that’s Trey Hendrickson so maybe not even there either

But I think your last point is the right one - it’s time for Rosengarten. For some reason we’re willing to live with the Faalele lumps but not the Rosengarten ones.

Hendrickson dominated the chiefs , no break that game either. The line has got to play better period

Yea for sure, and it’s still really early and maybe he’s not 100% either, I’m just frustrated we didn’t get a game winning play on defense against a shit QB

That call against Mad fucked things up. I wish there was a way to review that.

Really would have changed things up.

NFL refereeing needs a serious look especially today with how big sports gambling is. I need a previous referee or Warren Sharp to go through since 2018 and see percentage of “flaggable” plays vs. how often it is called per team. I am tired of Chiefs fans and previously Patriots fans telling teams to just “be better and not be in that position”. When it’s not fair that you have to go in and expect onsided calls. Bad calls in both games have resulted in losses, and it’s a joke a selected 3-teams get an advantage that way.

Honestly tho Ojabo’s dumbass did a WWE move that should have been flagged and wasn’t so it’s mute to me , just more undisciplined ball

As a conspiracy theorist..

I feel this

Lost in all the madness… we’ve got some young guys ascending. Travis Jones had a killer week 1 and they rewarded him with more reps and it was still good. Should be him and Mads in the middle going forward. Oweh is converting pressure to sacks. Ojabo still isn’t there quite yet but the signs are. Simpson is around the ball consistently. If only we could have a similar uptick in quality on the offensive side (sans Likely who has stepped up already)
accept for the drop at the end, which truly was a great defensive play.
