The King, the First 3 Quarters, and the Complete and Utter Capitulation...AGAIN!!!

Secondary thoughts.

Offense - I'm getting worried with Andrews. Even in seasons past where we were running the ball very well, we still found a way to get the ball to him. That being said, happy for Kolar to get a meaningful catch. Justice Hill had some nice plays too. Shout out to Lamar to continue playing well against NFC teams. 21-1, I believe? Sheesh.

Defense - Hamilton mentioned that the defense had a longer meeting during the week or something around those lines. Was Orr and the defensive coaching staff in on those meetings? I was thinking about that the entire game. For the first 3 quarters, I was like, "Hmm. Maybe that meeting really did wonders after all." Then the 4th quarter happened.

Special teams/coaching - I missed those days where our S/T was top 5 year in, year out. I hate how this team sold after Tucker missed again. What's even more infuriating is how inevitable it looked. Somewhat of a rhetoric question, but how does one mistake make this team completely forget how to play football?

this 4th quarter reminded me of the game we played the Dolphins in week 2 of 2022. Well atleast we ended up winning this one.

That was a terrible 2nd half. Just a complete meltdown after the TD by Henry in the 3rd QTR.

I'm really concerned about how conservative we played. I get that Dallas is soft but we became predictable and they were able to stuff our offense because of it.

I'm concerned about Mark Andrews. He didn't contribute much in the AFC Title game...I chalked that up to injury and recovering from a cracked fibula but his production has been underwhelming to start the season. Through three games he has 6 receptions for 65 yards and zero scores...A stat that I read today, and I can't confirm this says that he ran only four routes today. Isaiah Likely....1 target for 4 yards....

Zay Flowers had 3 catches on 4 targets, one of them wasn't really even a target...it was on a 3rd and 20 and just a way to get off the field...I feel that he's being underutilized and we're not taking full advantage of his talent. I hate to say but I feel like he could be a bit frustrated with his usage. I don't know why a free agent WR would want to come here honestly. We're just going to have to keep drafting guys round 1.

Yeah the Cowboys defense is soft...and the run game had huge success, but its a lot easier for a defense to stop you when you become predictable.

We need to air that ball out and get the play makers involved. At this point, I don't know what the problem is. Do they not trust Lamar or do they just feel like throwing it during certain moments wasn't going to be productive? We just got way too conservative today. Sorry to sound like a doomer in a win, but this one still feels like an L.

Basically thought it was totally the right thing to do with respect to the 4th quarter offensive play calling
Lord I can’t wait for this man to pack his fucking bags

I really want this to work out for Orr. Always liked him has a player. That being said, he's got way too much talent on that side of the ball to be playing this inconsistent

I mean, even if we make the playoffs, we’ll just be unprepared as usual and bounced yet again. Can the madness just fucking end already? I’m ready for a change

Former players don’t make for good coordinators. They’re bias towards their former play style.

We need nerds and pencil pushers. They don’t have a life other than drawing up schemes and watching tape.

Mike Mac started off slow in 2022 also. Give it some time as he's never called plays before.
