Very confused by that Hopkins trade. Not like the Texans were a middling team. Put an offensive line there and that could be a real contender. Can't fathom why a team would get rid of the best WR in football.

@Simba: Trust me when I tell you that very few people are willing to trade OLs in this game. So it’s not so simple to just slap an OL on Houston’s team. Their OL was awful at every spot. The trade gives me draft flexibility and additional cap flexibility.

I get it to some extent. Again, to each his own. I just can't fathom ever getting rid of a top 10 player in the league who makes that whole offense go.

I thought the AJ Green trade was a head scratcher as well, for what its worth.

Yeah no ill will meant. I just like to talk about moves and that happened to be the one that happened when I had the time lol. I genuinely hope your plan works though because I'm very interested to see it. That's part of what makes the game fun - everyone looks at things a little differently.

For each team you can see free agents. When you log into spotrac.com there are a few tabs. One is active contracts, the last one is free agents, ERFAs, RFAs, UFAs.


There is also a tab at the top that shows free agents by position. It's in the red bar, but won't show the players that have been tendered or franchised in our game....obviously.

You have to make your own depth chart. There will be different fa periods for each position.

free agency will start sometime next week and will have different position groups. There will be a separate thread for each position group. Please read the rules thread regarding free agency. The RFA Free agency will be the first FA period.
