There's also scenarios where that strategy totally backfires, Pittsburgh shuts down the run game, and we lose because the fans came up with a bad strategy to win.
The correct answer for any good offense is "expose what the defense is giving you".

It can change of course, but right now the weather event looks like it arrives Friday night and will be over sometime Saturday, high of 34. Forecast for Saturday night is partly cloudy low of 24. So yeah, a bit of a warm up. lol

Yes, but also keep in mind, overcommitting to stopping the run, can actually bite you in the run game. When every defender is at the LOS, then a missed tackle or an opportune block leaves nothing but grass in front of you.

With Henry and Lamar, you want them selling out to stop you from running for a first down as often as possible, 2nd & short, and 3rd & 1, this is where you bust the game wide open running the ball because they’ll get desperate to stop you for no gain.

If you have enough 2nd & shorts, you run against any front they show you, dare them to stop you short.

I'd like to see more play action passes on first down.
 
I HATE how much the media seems to be talking about the potential of Tomlin getting shitcanned. The game hasn’t been played yet and they’re gonna be pissed tf off going into this one.

If we can’t win with Lamar and Henry as the MO, so be it. They are two of the best to ever play the position and we’re down our top WR.
Obviously mix in the pass but a 70/30 spread works. I won’t be upset with John for consistently putting the ball in their hands

I think you’re right, Rooney’s seem very loyal to their people. I’d love for him to get canned, I think it throws them into disarray for a few years as the figure out HC and a long term QB solution

Likely, Bateman and Andrews are all more than capable of taking on extra targets. Any of them would be getting more in just about any other offense in the league. Throw in Hill and Mitchell getting back in the action and the Ravens are still equipped to score big. All your really looking for is someone from the Agholor/Wallace/Tez group to make that 1 big play down field.

The latest Lamar offenses are versatile and he can win multiple ways as evidenced by 41 TDs. So in the good chance they do sell out to stop the run I think we’ll do just what you’re saying. We cannot lose this game. I don't want the defense to even give up a TD but we’ll see.

I'll be upset with John for not attacking the weaknesses in the Steelers defense. Which lately, is in the secondary.

Only in the morning for now, but with winter storms, anything can change. Little accumulation, so shouldn't be a factor on the game (for now). Really just standard January game at night in Baltimore. Probably about 30 degrees.
