Ravens Ring of Honor
Team is stacked
Their “run” was lucky and fluky and they needed Lamar out of the way. Joke organization and they deserve to lose, running the team like a 12 year old playing MaddenOh I KNOW our Bengals correspondent @OURavensFan is enjoying every millisecond of this.
I feel like once that cat is out he bag, it helps ease the pain lolWell a) the optics of him playing this year are a disaster, and b) I don't know why people would think 2025 would be better than 2024 for him. None of his issues have gone away.
To me, it's 2 main things: 1) can this defense stay healthy for the most part and 2) can our pass-rush (particularly EDGE) actually step up?I don’t completely love the signing, BUT This secondary is next level loaded now. Assuming Malaki is nfl starting caliber by mid season, then this secondary is not only the leagues best, but the cb group is also the deepest. Jaire Alexander is cb3, and cb1 and 2 are likely to be substantially better than him, and cb4 is chidobe awuzie, that’s fkn insane. Not to mention we have Kyle HIMilton.
If this isn’t the best defense in the nfl by seasons end then something went incredibly wrong.
Wtf really$4M base, $2M in incentives
Man we need some pass rushers. If mike green isnt a monster, its gonna be the same old storyI don’t completely love the signing, BUT This secondary is next level loaded now. Sounds like he took a little less to play here, but his injury issues severely depleted his market.$4M base, $2M in incentives
His best monetary deal was staying with the Packers to my understanding (~$11M). So yeah, he took a loss.Sounds like he took a little less to play here, but his injury issues severely depleted his market.
You gotta think mike green is gonna be a factor, he’s a refined pass rusher who doesn’t lack in traits in the slightest. If he doesn’t play well it’s gotta be because he isn’t putting in the effort, because his tape looks like a can’t miss prospectMan we need some pass rushers. I agree for sure but man i thought ojabo was gonna be nice tooYou gotta think mike green is gonna be a factor, he’s a refined pass rusher who doesn’t lack in traits in the slightest. it very well might be. Lets hope it doesnt go to wasteThis is the most talented roster in Ravens history
Ojabo was way less refined and more reliant on his first step to win, and the injuries have totally robbed him of that trait. It sucks he hasn’t panned out but he never looked as “can’t miss” as Mike greenI agree for sure but man i thought ojabo was gonna be nice too
They were engaged on Jalen Ramsey the whole time but didn't want to trade a pick and give him the money he wanted. Jaire is a stark discount from what they were willing to do for Ramsey, and that still wasn't the offer Ramsey wanted.
I think id rather have ramsey for health reasons and ofcourse moneyThey were engaged on Jalen Ramsey the whole time but didn't want to trade a pick and give him the money he wanted. So he gonna play on the side stephens played on correct? cause ive never seen wiggins move from his sideAbsolutely love this signing. From showing how well our player-to-player recruiting works, how much our FO listens to its mainstays, and from how much this potentially shores up our CB group. Availability could still be a concern, but Alexander has played both sides, surprisingly even more RCB than LCB the last several years, and he's been terrific when on the field. Also, the guy's a dog. Gives us the attitude boost we had with Marcus Peters.
