Monken : Year III. Lets go.
Lamar's probably about to win 2 MVPs in 2 years with Monken...
this offence figures to only get better this year if we can upgrade LG and add a 3rd WR to our depth chart (assuming LT is figured out)
Coaching contracts, especially coordinators, are never really known.Any details on the extension?
Is this the longest we’ve ever held on to an actual good OC? Guys like Kubiak were gone after 2 seasons at mostMonken : Year III. Lets go.
Could've been more if he actually followed through with his "building a foundation" rhetoric. Is this the longest we’ve ever held on to an actual good OC? Guys like Kubiak were gone after 2 seasons at most

Yes, it was only one year (2014) and that season had a good o-line too. Fit Flacco's strengths.Kubiak left after one year if im not mistaken.
I love this for the Ravens O and Lamar. We focus on O-line and Monken is going to spread it out more (PAUSE)
The Eagles have some of the best coaching when it comes to their OL. Their ability to coach up rejects into quality starters (Bechton) or take late round picks and make them into quality starters (Mailata) is damn near unmatched.Yes, it was only one year (2014) and that season had a good o-line too. But fixing that guard position is what's gonna take us to the next level aka Eagles o-line.
I think if we had that game wrecker guy on the D line, (Jalen Carter, Chris Jones) it would improve the whole unit. Seems they envisioned Mads being that guy after his breakout 2023 season, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to repeat or improve, rather took a step back. They’ve invested a shit ton in him so hopefully he turns it around next year. Our problem in not offense though i'd like to see another lineman or two join us.
Its defense! Just look at the Chiefs and Eagles D. Much better than ours.
We need ,pass rusher , corner, safety, linebacker . We need to load up on defense for next season.
Yeah absolutely. Mads is not close to either of these guys ......yet .I think if we had that game wrecker guy on the D line, (Jalen Carter, Chris Jones) it would improve the whole unit

Well easily these are at present our top priorityYeah absolutely. Mads is not close to either of these guys ......yet .

NEEDS:
1. S
2. Edge
3. IOL
4. OT
5. DL
WANTS:
6. TE
7. CB
8. RB
9. QB
Safety is obvious since getting a S let’s move Hamilton around and I don’t think we should bank on anyone at S beyond him. Washington could be a year one wonder and regress or get hurt, as he has been before.
Outside that I don’t think CB is as bad as others. Could we use another guy? 100% but you can’t be #1 CB deep at every spot.
We saw in 2023 a dominant Ravens team and can to an extent eventually the same in 2024. The difference was our edge players, where we had Oweh, Clowney and Van Noy. We also saw Nnamdi take a step back after seeing more attention in 2024. That means we could really benefit from both Edge and DL. That’s because we could use a guy to spell Nnamdi, Jones and Pierce and we’ve nothing at the position beyond this year.
I also think better Edge and DL play helps stop the run and gets pressure to force more turnovers like we saw in 2023 too. So for me it’s easily S and Edge as our top 2 needs with DL close behind.
As for OL, that’s a variable group but I would think Rosengarten, Faalale, Linderbaum are all safe so that leaves Stanley and LG as question marks. I think OT is guaranteed at some point due to the strength of this class and would say maybe 2 where one shifts inside.
If Stanley leaves then this increases a lot in priority but still not sure it’s #1 because I think we would likely move Rosengarten to LT if forced to do it and start a new guy at RT but could see the alternative since Watt lines up at LE a lot. We do really like our left side runs though so Stanley really messes with the soup if he goes
Outside of that this is a great TE class and I would love to get some here. It’s why I think there’s a realistic chance we trade Mark if we like Likely more.
Stanley will definitely dictate a lot of our moves. I do think swing OT is still important, but that doesn't equate to a high round pick. High needs don't necessarily need to go in Round 1 2 3. I think RS is a very big need for this team, arguably near the top, but not worth a 1st 2nd or 3rd round pick in a microcosm.idk that i agree with the order of priority
if Stanley is back then OT is very low on the list
if Stanley is not back then OT is instantly the number 1 priority regardless of whether RR shifts to LT or stays at RT
EDGE is 100% our number 1 priority otherwise. Getting a 2nd edge might be in the top 3 priorities as well tbh...
OG is next on my list.
DB - preferably safety, outside CB or both.
WR
DL
Swing OT
Backup QB
LB
RB
TE
The hope is that we've got battles for starting jobs at EDGE, LG, WR3, LB
