I dont notice a lot of this stuff in live action so I didn’t think much of this, but after seeing the breakdown one thing is obvious... mark Andrews is just a fucking salesman in nature. His whole college career was built off of a similar concept shown in this play, you sell one thing, and do another. He’s Jordan Belfort out there. Jet motion, sell the stretch zone where he’s the final blocker which makes the LB set the edge, and once he commits outside he’s right up the field. Beautifully executed, I love that you see so many instances of him drawing players in and then making them pay all throughout college, just crafty as fuck, and he’s doing the same exact thing as a rookie.

tbf we dont know when in the offseason - it could have been a concerted effort to increase the college concepts in our offence after drafting lamar or specifically making an effort to diversify our scheme or it may literally just have been that coaches tagged along with scouts to prodays etc and just used that time to meet with college guys to talk about that stuff

anything is possible and we are purely speculating, but I'm betting it is a combination of everything you said.

And the fact that he’s so eager to prove himself shows real confidence, I like it.

As far as the muff goes, the weather was probably a factor and I don’t expect that to happen often. He’s very confident fielding the ball.

Yea every time he goes to return I shake a bit just because I’m scared he’s going to not go down. I don’t blame him for that muff and he’s way better than fair catch Camp
